When will my Crowdfunder close?
Crowdfunder pages are automatically set to close one year after they go live.
Most Crowdfunders are run for a few weeks or months, but if a page is still in use after the year is up, it can be extended if needed.
To request an extension of your Crowdfunder,
send an email with the details of your page to helpdesk@idonate.ie and we can extend the closing date as needed.
This can be done if the page is still in use. If you wish to start fresh, for example if your Crowdfunder is a yearly event, you will need to register a new page.
In this case, reach out to us by email and we can assist in your transition to a new Crowdfunder page.
