If you have had any technical issues with the iDonate Tap app, you may have been advised to 'Force Close' the app.
Exiting an app on your phone usually leaves it running in the background, which will not fix any issues that require the app to be closed.
To fully close the app, here is what you need to do:
On Android
If you have three icons at the bottom of your screen, tap the one on the left. It is likely a square, or three lines.
If your phone uses gesture controls, swipe up from the bottom of the screen until you see your apps appear, then let go and you'll be able to scroll through them.
This will bring up all of your open apps, find the iDonate Tap app and swipe it off the screen to close it.
On iPhone
Swipe up from the bottom of the screen until you see your apps appear, then let go and you'll be able to scroll through them.
This will bring up all of your open apps, find the iDonate Tap app and swipe it off the screen to close it.
Once the app is closed this way, you can open it again and it will start fresh. This should resolve many of the potential issues that can come up while using the app.
