The Tap App Isn't Working, What Can I Do?

If you are using iDonate Tap and having some issues, these can often be solved by performing one or more of the following actions:

1. Log out of your account and log back in.

2. Fully close the app and restart it.

3. Make sure you have the most recent version of the app installed.

4. If the above doesn't help, uninstall the app and then reinstall it. You can download it on iPhone from the App Store here and on Android from the Google Play Store here.

If the issue persists after taking these steps, please open your app and go to the Settings in the top right of the main screen.
