How to log out of iDonate Tap
If you have been having any technical issues with iDonate Tap, you may have been advised to log out of the app, and then log back in.
If you are unsure of how to do so, here are the steps to follow:
1. Tap the Settings icon in the top right of the app.
2. At the bottom of the Settings menu, select Log Out
3. This will bring you back to the app's start screen, swipe across and press Get Started to log back in.
In many cases, if there is an issue with using the app, doing the above will solve the problem.
