Raffles

Raffles

Raffles are a popular method of raising funds on iDonate. They work similarly to Fundraisers, but instead of taking donations, donors can purchase tickets to be entered into a prize draw.

Raffles can only be created by or in aid of registered Causes. If a Fundraiser wishes to run a Raffle in aid of a charity, they can register one here. The Raffle will not go live straight away, first the details will be sent to the Cause for approval. As soon as they approve, the Raffle will be posted live and the organiser will be informed.

Once the Raffle closing date has passed, the organiser can use our built-in Pick a Winner tool to randomly draw the winner(s).
