"No Tap to Pay readers found. Please try again"
If you have logged in to iDonate Tap on your phone and found the above error, this means the app is struggling to connect with the NFC device in your phone which reads cards to take payments.
If this occurs, here are the steps you can take to fix it:
1. Log out of your account and log back in.
3. Make sure you have the most recent version of the app.
If the issue persists after taking these steps, please open your app and go to the Settings in the top right of the main screen.
