"No Tap to Pay readers found. Please try again"

If you have logged in to iDonate Tap on your phone and found the above error, this means the app is struggling to connect with the device in your phone which reads cards to take payments.

If this occurs, here are the steps you can take to fix it:


1. Log out of your account and log back in.

2. Fully close the app and restart it.

3. Make sure you have the most recent version of the app.

4. If the above doesn't help, uninstall the app and then reinstall it. You can download it on iPhone from the App Store here and on Android from the Google Play Store here.


If the issue persists after taking these steps, please open your app and go to the Settings in the top right of the main screen.

Select Send Email to Support to get in contact with iDonate for further support. Please provide all details you can when getting in touch so we can better assist.
