How do I request access to manage a Fundraising page?

Cause Administrators can request access to manage Fundraising pages which are linked to their causes. This gives the cause full control of that page, where they will be able to update the title and wording, update imaging, and add offline donations.

To request access to a Fundraising page;
  1. Locate or search for the page you would like access to manage, then click the 'Share' link, and copy the 'Page ID' shown,
  2. Log in to the iDonate Cause Admin Panel,
  3. Navigate to 'Your Fundraisers > Manage Fundraisers',
  4. Click the 'Request access to page' link at the top right of the page,
  5. Paste or enter the Page ID found in step 3. 
Once submitted, a notification will be sent to the Fundraiser, requesting that they grant access to the page.
When access has been granted, you will receive an email to the Cause profile email address to confirm.

Notes
  1. This does not give the Cause access to the Fundraisers account, only the page(s) that the Fundraiser grants the Cause access to.
  2. The Fundraiser may revoke access at any time.
