How do I edit my Fundraising Page?

As a Fundraiser on iDonate, you have the ability to edit your Fundraising page in a number of ways.

If you wish to add images, change the page title, increase your fundraising goal or change your closing date, here is how you can do so.

Login to your account

The first thing to do is login to your Fundraiser account, which you can do here: https://www.idonate.ie/login.html

Once you are logged in, simply navigate to your Fundraising page. This can be done by clicking the icon for your page on your admin panel, or by clicking View in your Fundraiser list.

While you are logged into your account, you will always have access to edit your page in that browser, no matter which way you visit the page.

You'll know the page can be edited when you see the red edit icons dotted around the page, and the red Settings icon in the lower left of the screen (upper left on mobile).

Choose a section to edit

On your page, you'll find options to edit:
  1. Banner image
  2. Page title
  3. Closing date and fundraising target
  4. Profile picture
  5. Story
  6. Event date
There is also the settings icon on the left side of the page, in the shape of a cog wheel. Click this to bring up the sidebar menu.

This menu gives you extra insights into your Fundraiser, like total raised and the average donation made. Reports for your page can be generated here.

As shown the image above, you can add images to your gallery, post updates to the page, and change important details like the linked event, or the page's short link.

You can set up a thank you email, which will be sent automatically to all new donors. Offline donations can also be added to your page from this menu.

If your page is tied to an Event with a fitness/athletic challenge, this is where you'll find options to integrate your fitness app, or manually update your progress.

Save your changes

Once you have made the changes you wish to make, make sure to save them as you go.

These changes will be made immediately for you, but may take a couple of minutes to be visible to others.

Once the changes have been made, it's usually best to wait 10-15 minutes before sharing the page to ensure any changes have been updated fully for everyone to see.
