• Does the app work abroad?

  You can take tap donations through the app from anywhere in the world, so long as you have an internet connection. If you are travelling abroad, please be aware that different fundraising regulations may apply in different countries.

• Can I log into my account on the app?

  Yes, all iDonate accounts set up on the website can log into the app. Please note, the. primary purpose of the app is tap donations, you can create and edit pages but many of the functions of the website are not yet available through the app.
