A White Label Event is an alternative setup for an Event page, available to iDonate Pro and Platinum customers. By turning this setting on, you open up a wealth of customisation options that allow you to make your page truly unique.
From custom URLs to video banners, colour schemes, and customised code blocks, your White Label Event can be exactly what you need it to be.
What Separates a White Label From a Normal Event Page?
The number one thing that makes White Label pages special is customisation. Standard iDonate pages have options to personalise the page, but White Labels go beyond anything possible with a regular Event page.
The goal with White Label is to give charities the ability to make their page their own. This starts with choosing a template, then you can customise every element of the page, add text and images, set the colours, enable features you want or disable features you don't, even add bespoke elements to the page with custom code blocks.
If any of this seems overwhelming or out of scope, the iDonate team is here to assist. If you have a vision for your page,
get in touch with us and we will do what we can to help.
How To Create a White Label Event
iDonate Pro and Platinum users can turn any new or existing Event into a White Label page with the press of a button.
In your dashboard, go to Events, then click the Edit icon beside the Event in question. In the Edit menu, click on the White Label option, then click the White Label Enabled toggle in the top right.
It's as simple as that, this will convert the existing page and give you all of the White Label customisation options for it immediately. The basic editing options do still apply, so any previously made changes will carry over to the new White Label.
Some White Label options will overwrite the basic customisation options, for example if you have a banner image that will carry over, but if you add a video banner through the White Label settings the image banner will be overwritten.
