What are the fees for donors?
We don't charge donors fees. Donors can optionally leave a tip to cover the costs of operating the service, but this is completely optional.
We provide a number of payment methods for donors including Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay, all of which result in a charge to iDonate. Therefore our transaction charge to causes on donations is 1.95% + 25c.
Our No.1 aim is to Make Giving Easier, so we keep our transaction cost as low as possible. With a 1% lower transaction charge than other leading fundraising platforms, iDonate continue to support Irish causes to raise more.

Can I use PayPal?
Yes, Donors can use PayPal when donating to most fundraisers. All Visa / Mastercard credit and debit cards are accepted along with Google and Apple Pay.
Can I donate Anonymously?
Yes, donors have the option not to leave their name. Simply leave blank to show as "Anonymous". Email address is neccessary if wanting to receive a donation receipt to your email.
