Yes – you can add custom questions to your raffle checkout. Here’s how:

1. Log in to your iDonate Control Panel
   

1. Go to 👉 https://causeadmin.idonate.ie/ and log in with your details.
   

2. Open your list of raffles
   

1. On the left-hand menu, click Raffles, then select Edit/List Raffles.
   

3. Choose the raffle you want to edit
   

1. Find the raffle you want to update and click the Edit icon opposite that raffle.
   

4. Go to the Custom Questions tab
   

1. In the raffle edit screen, click the Custom Questions tab.
   

5. Enter your question
   

1. In the question box, type the question you want purchasers to answer during the donation process.
   

6. Set whether the question is required
   

1. Select Yes under Answer Required if the purchaser must answer the question.
   

2. Select No if answering is optional.
   

7. Choose the answer type
   You can pick from several options:

1. Single Line Answer – purchaser types a short text reply.
   

2. Multiple Choice – Single Answer – purchaser selects one option from a dropdown list.
   

1. Enter a comma-separated list of options (e.g. Red, Blue, Green).
   

3. Multiple Choice – Multiple Answers – purchaser can select more than one option from a dropdown list.
   

1. Enter a comma-separated list of options as above.
   

8. Save your question
   

1. Click Add Question to save the new custom question to your raffle.
