I am unable to login to my account. Am I using the correct Login page?

iDonate has three different user types, each with its own login page. Make sure you’re using the correct one:

1. Cause Login (Charity, Sports Club, School, Community Group)

If you are an administrator for a cause, log in here: 👉 https://www.idonate.ie/login/cause 
  1. Enter your username (this is usually not an email address).
  2. Enter your password.
  3. A 2-Factor Authentication code will then be sent to your account’s registered email. Enter this code to complete login.

2. Fundraiser Login

If you are raising funds on behalf of a cause (all funds go directly to the charity), log in here: 👉 
https://www.idonate.ie/login/fundraiser

3. Crowdfunder Login

If you are running a personal crowdfunding page and collecting the funds yourself, log in here: 👉 

Forgot your password or still having login issues?

  1. Click “Forgot Password?” on the login page.

  2. Enter your username and select Submit.

  3. A password reset email will be sent to the registered email address.

If you still cannot access your account, feel free to contact our support team for assistance. helpdesk@idonate.ie 


Be Advised: Forgot Password only sends a reset link if the email matches an account of this login type.
For example, if your email is attached to a Cause account and you use Forgot Password on the Fundraiser login page, it will not be recognised.
Make sure you are on the correct login page for your account before clicking Forgot Password.
