How do I login to my iDonate account?

iDonate has three different user types, Cause accounts, Crowdfunders, and Fundraisers.

All accounts can be logged into through the same login screen, using your email/username and password.

How to login to iDonate

To login to your iDonate account, regardless of what kind of account you have, simply head to the login page here: https://www.idonate.ie/login.html
Enter your login details, and you will be logged straight into your account.
If you are logging into a Cause account, a two-factor authentication code will be sent to the email address you are using to login.
If you have multiple accounts with the same login details, you will be prompted to choose which one you wish to login to.

Forgot your password or still having login issues?

  1. Click “Forgot Password?” on the login page.

  2. Enter your username and select Submit.

  3. A password reset email will be sent to the registered email address.
