How can I change my fundraising page link (Page URL)

As a Fundraiser, you can change the text that appears in the link, or URL, of your page.

The text may be generic, or may not reflect your page as it is, in which case this is how you can change it.
The first thing you need to do is login to your account here: https://www.idonate.ie/login.html

Once you are logged in, navigate to your page to edit it.


Click the red Settings icon on the left side of your page, then find the Change Short Link option.

Then, simply click this and type in the new text you wish to use, and the URL will be updated.

Be advised: Changing your link will break any existing links you have shared, as they will no longer be valid.
If you wish to update your URL but have already shared it, contact us at helpdesk@idonate.ie.
We can assist in ensuring that your link can be changed, while preserving any links previously shared.
