  The iDonate app is powered by Stripe, one of the leading payment processors worldwide. Payments are extremely secure through Stripe, and no card details are stored on the device or on iDonate.

• Does the app work abroad?

  You can take tap donations through the app from anywhere in the world, so long as you have an internet connection. If you are travelling abroad, please be aware that different fundraising regulations may apply in different countries.

• Can I log into my account on the app?

  Yes, all iDonate accounts set up on the website can log into the app. Please note, the purpose of the app is tap donations, you cannot make changes to your pages or use many of the functions of the website through the app.

• What is the charge for using the app?

  There is no direct charge for using the app on either the donor or the charity. On each donation, there is a service charge of 4.5%, then a transaction fee of 1.95% + 25c.
