How do I do the draw for an Online Raffle?
If you are only selling Online Raffle tickets on iDonate, you can use our built in "Pick a Winner" tool to select your winner(s) with a single click.
If you are also selling in-person tickets, you'll need to pick your winner(s) yourself. The iDonate online raffle system produces a spreadsheet with a separate line for each ticket sold. You can export this to run the raffle yourself. Popular methods to pick your own winner include:
- Random number generators.
- Books of cloakroom tickets.
- Bingo machines.
You will need to combine the online and offline tickets, and draw them using a method of your choosing. We have an additional tool to print ticket numbers, if you need to print physical tickets from your online sales.
