How do I add Offline Donations?

We provide a simply way to add and displaying any offline donations.

An Offline Donation would be any funds raised offline or outside of the iDonate platform, you can add the total amount or add each individual donor and amount.

1) Add total amount 
Adding the total amount received offline to your fundraising page total.

  1. Login to your account and select "My Donors" under the page you want to update on your Dashboard.
  2. Click Offline Donations on the top bar
  3. Click "Add Donor" to add the offline donation.
  4. Enter the donor details and amount in new field that appears. If you want to include all of your offline donations together instead of individually, just enter "Offline Donations" or similar as the name.
  5. Click Add.

You can press the "Transfer Offline Donations" button to send the money to us so we can send it to the pages chosen Cause.
