How can I request a refund for my donation?
If you have recently made a donation via iDonate and would like to remove or delete it, you can get in touch with us regarding a refund.
Send an email to
helpdesk@idonate.ie, and please send this from the same email used to make the donation, and provide all details of the donation so we can find it.
We can only refund donations that have not yet been transferred to the charity, so older donations will not be available for refunding.
Please also be advised, it may take a number of days for your funds to return to your account after the refund goes through.
