Event

An Event page is similar to a Fundraising page, but where a Fundraiser is generally attached to an individual person, an Event is a page for a specific occasion or activity, such as a marathon, a charity walk, a coffee morning, and so on.

Event pages are created by Causes, with participants who register to take part and sign up as Fundraisers. These will appear on the page in a leaderboard, or a list of participants, they can also be grouped into Teams. All pages beneath an Event have their own donation list and total raised, and all of these funds are combined into an overall fundraising total on the Event page.
